Privacy Policy

Espresso Dial-In Tracker ("the app") is a personal tool for logging espresso shot dial-ins. This page explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This is used solely to identify your account and secure your session — we do not use it for anything else.

Content you provide. The app stores the data you enter directly: your machines, grinders, and shot logs (roastery name, bean name, grind weight, target espresso weight, target shot time, and grind setting). This data exists only because you typed it in to track your own dial-ins.

We do not collect analytics, tracking cookies, or any information beyond what is described above.

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To display your machines, grinders, and shot log back to you.
• To enforce that only you can see and modify your own data (enforced at the database level via row-level security).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Application data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using Google as the sign-in provider. Only essential session cookies required to keep you signed in are set — no third-party tracking cookies are used.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you would like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
